Duties of the Board of
Directors
- The Board of Directors shall be responsible for the entire management of the association
and of the income and property thereof, including authority to issue debentures or borrow
money for corporate purposes. The Board of Directors shall establish all rules and
regulations necessary to the conduct of its business and may change the same from time to
time.
- It is the responsibility of the officers to keep the board members advised of the
activities of the association and the responsibility of the board members to keep the
officers advised of the activities of the chapter.
